At AFY, each product is specially made for you once you place your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, size, or personal preference.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will be happy to help you.
Have you received a product with an issue?
Please write to us within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
- Order number
- Photographs of the product
- Description of the issue
We will review each case individually and find the best solution as soon as possible.
Important
We do not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, or damaged due to incorrect use.
